Monthly Membership Terms and Conditions
(Effective from May 13 2025)
To provide more flexible class scheduling and cost-saving options, we are launching the new “Unlimited Monthly Class Plan.” Please read the following terms carefully:
1️. Monthly Plan Details & Fees
- The monthly plan fee is $150 + tax per month.
- The promotional monthly fee is valid only for continuous, uninterrupted payments. If your membership is interrupted and reactivated, the fee will return to the regular price of $150 + tax/month.
- If you wish to pause attending classes for a month but retain the promotional rate, you may pay a $20 + tax monthly holding fee. This fee is non-refundable and does not include any make-up classes.
2️. Class Access & Schedule
- Monthly members may attend an unlimited number of regular classes, including Stretching, Light Fitness, Resistance Band Training, and Breathing Classes.
- Class durations range from 60–90 minutes, depending on the day’s schedule.
- The class schedule for the following month will be released on the 25th of each month.
- No classes will be held on public holidays.
3. How to Reserve a Class
- First, log in to the website, go to the Class Reservation page, and select the desired class date and time.
- Click “Submit” to complete your reservation.
4. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- All classes require advance booking through our reservation system.
- If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the class starts to free up the spot for others. cancel number: 437-599-2678 or email : support@stretchingtherapy.ca
- If you are absent or fail to cancel according to the policy, your absence will be recorded.
- After 3 no-shows, your booking privileges will be suspended for 7 days.
5. Payment & Renewal Policy
- Membership fees are charged via auto-payment on the 1st of each month (credit card or bank transfer options available).
- If you join the plan mid-month, the fee will be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the month.
- The system will first charge the full month, and then refund the unused days accordingly.
- Pro-rated pricing only applies to first-time enrollment in the plan.
- To cancel your plan, please provide written notice at least 5 business days before the next billing date; otherwise, the plan will be automatically renewed.
6. Capacity & Organizer Rights
- Each class has limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to adjust class content, schedule, instructors, and capacity based on actual conditions.
- This plan allows unlimited attendance, but no make-up or class rollover will be provided.
- Missed classes will be considered forfeited and cannot be carried over to the following month.
7. Non-Transferability Clause
- The membership and its class access are for individual use only.
- It may not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.
- Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership privileges, and fees paid will not be refunded.
8. Changes to Classes or Venues
- We reserve the right to adjust class times or formats (e.g., switching to online classes) due to instructor availability, weather, or venue arrangements.
- Members will be notified in advance.
9. Code of Conduct & Safety Responsibilit
Members are reminded to follow class rules and show respect to others:
- Members must follow all center guidelines and behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.
- Disruptive behavior may result in membership termination.
- Wear appropriate workout attire and shoes, and follow the instructor’s guidance to ensure safety.
- For Light Fitness classes, members must bring clean indoor sports shoes to maintain safety and hygiene.
- If requirements are not met, the instructor may ask the member to sit out or observe the class.
📌 Friendly Reminders
During special holidays or center events, class times may be adjusted and members will be notified separately.
This monthly plan is ideal for consistent participants.
If health permits, we recommend attending at least 2 classes per week for optimal results.
